  • 30g fromage frais
  • 8 cherry tomato halves
  • Handful of watercress
  • 1/4 diced avocado
  • 2 tablespoons diced pepper
  • 2 sliced radish
  • 2 tablespoons cooked chickpeas
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds

  • Cut the half-baguette in half lengthwise.
  • Spread the base with fromage frais.
  • Put the watercress on the fromage frais.
  • Add the diced avocado and pepper.
  • Place the cherry tomato halves with the cut-side down.
  • Evenly distribute the sliced radish.
  • Add chickpeas on top.
  • Sprinkle the pumpkin seeds over the top.
  • Close the sandwich with the top of the bread.
  • Gently press to keep the ingredients together.
