- Caractère Half-Baguette 140 g
- 30g fromage frais
- 8 cherry tomato halves
- Handful of watercress
- 1/4 diced avocado
- 2 tablespoons diced pepper
- 2 sliced radish
- 2 tablespoons cooked chickpeas
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
Preparation steps
- Cut the half-baguette in half lengthwise.
- Spread the base with fromage frais.
- Put the watercress on the fromage frais.
- Add the diced avocado and pepper.
- Place the cherry tomato halves with the cut-side down.
- Evenly distribute the sliced radish.
- Add chickpeas on top.
- Sprinkle the pumpkin seeds over the top.
- Close the sandwich with the top of the bread.
- Gently press to keep the ingredients together.
